At this time, registrations are by appointment only. Please use the scheduling tool below to make your appointment, or call the Holy Family Office at (559) 205-2442 and we’ll be happy to assist you.

First Communion
Children in 1st–9th grade who are baptized and can read and write are welcome to begin this two-year sacramental preparation.
• Offered at Holy Family (English) & St. Thomas in Goshen (Spanish)
• Registration: $100
• Birth & Baptismal Certificates required
High School Confirmation
A two-year program for baptized teens in grades 10–12 preparing to receive the Sacrament of Confirmation.
• Offered at Holy Family
• Registration Fee: $100
• Baptism and First Communion Certificates required.
Children's Catechumenate
For unbaptized children ages 7–17 who are preparing to become Catholic.
• Offered at St. Charles.
• Registration Fee: $100
• Birth Certificate required.
Adult Confirmation
For baptized Catholic adults, 18 years and older, who have not yet received the Sacrament of Confirmation.
• Offered at St. Mary’s Hall.
• Registration Fee: $150
• Baptism and First Communion Certificates required.
• If married, a separate appointment for an interview is required.
Order of Christian Initiation of Adults (OCIA)
A two-year process for unbaptized adults or baptized adults from another Christian denomination who wish to become Catholic.
• Offered at St. Charles (English) & St. Mary’s Hall (Spanish)
• Registration Fee: $150
• Birth Certificate Required
Catechesis of the Good Shepherd
A Montessori-based faith formation program for children ages 3 to 6.
• Offered at the Holy Family Community Center
• Registration Fee: $50
• No required documents
