About Catechesis of the Good Shepherd
Catechesis of the Good Shepherd (CGS) is a Faith Formation program for children ages 3-6 that is grounded in Scripture, Tradition, and Liturgy. CGS uses Maria Montessori's educational principles to provide a prayerful, age-appropriate environment, in which the child can explore the Gospel through hands-on materials representing essential proclamations of the Christian message.
Catechists prepare the space called the Atrium, and they assist the child as they work to discover and respond with joy to the growing knowledge of their relationship with God, first proclaimed to them through Jesus, the Good Shepherd.

Note: All children must be fully toilet-trained in order to attend.
Sobre la Catequesis del Buen Pastor
La Catequesis del Buen Pastor (CGS) es un programa de Formación en la Fe para niños de 3 a 6 años, basado en la Sagrada Escritura, la Tradición y la Liturgia. CGS utiliza los principios educativos de María Montessori para ofrecer un ambiente de oración apropiado para la edad del niño, donde puede explorar el Evangelio a través de materiales concretos que representan los mensajes esenciales de la fe cristiana.

Los catequistas preparan un espacio llamado Atrio, y acompañan al niño mientras trabaja para descubrir y responder con alegría al conocimiento creciente de su relación con Dios, anunciada por primera vez a través de Jesús, el Buen Pastor.

Nota: Todos los niños deben estar completamente entrenados para ir al baño para poder asistir
